Poland’s Ministry of Finance has launched a [public consultation](https://www.gov.pl/web/finanse/konsultacje-rozporzadzen-w-sprawie-powszechnego-krajowego-systemu-e-faktur-ksef) on two acts affecting the mandatory use of e-invoices for VAT taxpayers in the country, starting July 1, 2024.

The proposed changes include

- A QR code on PDF invoices shared outside of KSeF. We expect the technical documentation to be released this week
- adding the buyer's and seller's NIP (Tax Identification Number) to the list of data on invoices issued by exempt taxpayers from 1 January 2025

Comments can be submitted until December 18, 2023. The draft acts, and consultation details are linked on the page.
