Public consultation on KSeF system
Juan Moliner Co-founder & CEO Poland’s Ministry of Finance has launched a public consultation on two acts affecting the mandatory use of e-invoices for VAT taxpayers in the country, starting July 1, 2024.
The proposed changes include
- A QR code on PDF invoices shared outside of KSeF. We expect the technical documentation to be released this week
- adding the buyer's and seller's NIP (Tax Identification Number) to the list of data on invoices issued by exempt taxpayers from 1 January 2025
