Invoice comparator

Each column is one plain domestic invoice sent to GOBL, and what GOBL objected to. It is a floor, not a compliance checklist: credit notes, corrections, exempt and cross-border supplies are never sent, so their rules never appear. An empty column means GOBL objected to nothing, not that a country is easy. Where a country takes either a tax number or a national registration number, both can appear.
