FAQ

Questions about NetSuite integration

What finance teams ask before connecting NetSuite to Invopop.

Yes, through its Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp, free for one country and licensed beyond that. Broader country coverage comes through NetSuite Electronic Business with Avalara, which needs additional licenses. Invopop is the other route, covering every country you operate in through one connector, with workflows you configure and support for cases that usually break in production, like self-billing, corrective invoices, and gap-free numbering per entity.

No. The connector is configured rather than coded: connect your NetSuite account, choose the countries you invoice in and the workflows run from there. Your finance team keeps working in NetSuite, and a developer is only needed if you want to extend the standard flow through the API.

Every country Invopop covers. One connector converts each invoice into the format and channel its destination requires. The coverage page lists every country that is live today and what is coming next.

It depends on how many countries and entities you run, but there is no format mapping or tax authority integration to build on your side. Most of the time goes into checking a few real invoices in a sandbox before switching each country on. Talk to sales and we will scope a timeline for your setup.
